Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor junior staff in a vibrant child care environment. You will promote the social, physical, and cognitive growth of preschoolers and ensure curriculum is implemented in line with licensing guidelines.

The role emphasizes strong communication with families, leadership in the classroom, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s growth—social, physical, and intellectual.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation per licensing guidelines.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.
