You will develop engaging lessons, promote holistic child growth, and lead curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines. You will also foster relationships with families to support each child’s progress and the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and know licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
