KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging space for young learners. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and center leadership to drive enrollment and accreditation success.

You will foster community connections and support ongoing growth for both children and staff across our nationwide programs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAECY candidacy.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English reading, writing, and speaking for communicating with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
