The Learning Experience in Ballantyne, Charlotte, NC is seeking a caring Lead Teacher to guide a classroom, deliver quality care, and create engaging learning experiences for infants to Pre-K. You will implement the center's curriculum, support children's development, and build strong relationships with families while guiding Assistant Teachers and collaborating with center leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education experience required.
• Classroom leadership experience preferred.
• ECE, Child Development, or Education coursework preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Must meet North Carolina childcare licensing requirements, including background checks and health requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a classroom, delivering quality care and learning experiences.
• Implement TLE curriculum and adapt activities to each age group.
• Build strong relationships with families and center leadership.
• Guide and support Assistant Teachers throughout the day.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment.
