Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Charlotte, NC to inspire lifelong learners and support families. You’ll create engaging lessons, mentor peers, and manage day-to-day classroom activities while ensuring compliance with licensing rules and center policies.

You will promote growth across social, physical, and cognitive areas, while fostering strong relationships with families and ensuring a positive, safe learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children; promote growth in social, physical, and intellectual domains.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation while adhering to licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
