Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Six months of professional childcare or teaching experience (Required)
• Friendly, patient, and team‑oriented with a love for young children

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom for two‑year‑olds.
• Follow the LEAP curriculum with hands‑on activities, play, music, movement, and exploration.
• Help children develop social, emotional, and early learning skills.
• Build strong relationships with children and their families and communicate daily progress.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for learning and play.
