The Learning Experience in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Teacher to lead a classroom and support the learning and development of infants, toddlers, preschool, and/or Pre‑K children. You will implement curriculum, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and communicate with families.

Responsibilities include building relationships, planning activities, guiding development, and mentoring Assistant Teachers. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior childcare experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must meet applicable state licensing, background screening, health, and training requirements.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organization skills.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred.
