Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher at our Charlotte, NC center. You will create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers, while supporting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers in your class.

You’ll lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure licensing and company standards are met. You’ll build strong relationships with families to promote child achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care: Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate: build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and your center’s success.
