The Learning Experience in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Lead Teacher to set the academic foundation for lifelong learning while inspiring joy and curiosity in young minds. As an ambassador of happiness, you will create a welcoming, safe classroom where children can play, learn, and grow.

You will lead by example, mentor fellow educators, communicate with families, and help implement our proprietary LEAP Curriculum to meet the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Qualifications

• Educational background aligned with state guidelines for Lead Teacher roles.
• Experience leading classrooms in early education settings.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Classroom leadership: plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating space for children to learn and grow.
