Curriculum® for infants through preschoolers and communicate progress to families via apps and personal discussions. Qualifications

• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in the classroom; provide feedback.
• Manage the classroom to create a safe, nurturing, engaging learning environment.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants to preschool children.
• Communicate with parents about children's activities and progress.
• Support center enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
