The Learning Experience in Rutherford, NJ seeks a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide young learners within our LEAP curriculum. You will lead classroom activities, support families, and collaborate with center leadership to drive enrollment and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Classroom Leadership: Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children to play, learn, and grow.
• Curriculum Implementation: Master the LEAP Curriculum®, adapting to infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers.
• Safety First: Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children to thrive.
• Family Communication: Regularly update parents on progress and milestones via apps and in-person discussions.
• Center Collaboration: Work with staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Relationship Builder: Foster warm relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
