Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning, mentor peers, and drive curriculum implementation in our preschool program. You’ll engage children with creative activities, promote growth in multiple domains, and ensure compliance with licensing and center standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, support student achievement, and contribute to a positive, energetic center environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
