Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking Lead Teachers to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers in our childcare centers.

You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children while maintaining a safe, compliant environment. As a Lead Teacher, you will lead classroom management, implement the curriculum, and serve as an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
