Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher who will guide a classroom, mentor fellow teachers, and create engaging lessons. You will foster a joyful, safe, and inclusive learning environment where children grow and explore every day.

You’ll manage the classroom, implement curricula, ensure licensing and center standards are met, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
