Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher at our child care center in Waxhaw, North Carolina. You will lead a classroom, create engaging lesson plans, mentor fellow Teachers, and ensure alignment with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You’ll build strong relationships with families, promote children's growth across social, physical, and intellectual domains, and take charge of curriculum implementation. We seek energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals aged 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
