Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher to join our childcare centers. You will lead engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and support the growth of preschool children through purposeful activities and a nurturing environment.

You will manage classroom routines, implement the curriculum, ensure licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families to promote child achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
