As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Care! Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead! Manage classroom operations, curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards.
• Communicate! Build genuine relationships with families to support each child's achievement and your center’s success.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state and center educational requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activities with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation varies based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly and daily pay options.
• Assistant Teacher: $17.25 - $18.75 hourly
• Teacher/Lead Teacher: $18.50 - $20.50 hourly
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full-time employees; limited medical for part-time.
