Kiddie Academy is looking for a FUN and Experienced TWO'S LEAD TEACHER! As a Two's Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of children. Your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. You will design and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and interaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with parents to ensure a holistic approach to each child's growth and development. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to building a strong foundation for lifelong learning and development in young children.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for pre-k aged children.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Follow all licensing regulations and guidelines for childcare centers.
