Job summary

Qualifications

• Must obtain Anchorage Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe within 30 days of hire.
• Two years of documented lead cook experience required.
• Contract requires English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform main line food production duties per shift.
• Review daily needs with supervisors and verify supplies.
• Assist in menu and recipe development.
• Ensure sanitation and quality control of production areas.
• May supervise and train food service staff.
• Maintain stocked, clean serving lines and areas.
