Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking skilled T&D Estimators to join our nationwide team. The role involves preparing cost estimates for transmission, distribution and substation electrical projects, acting as lead estimator, and supporting other estimators.

Ideal candidates have progressive estimating experience and a strong understanding of electrical drawings, materials, and bid processes. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities across our family of specialty

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years estimating experience for an Estimator I.
• Minimum 5 years estimating experience for an Estimator II.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction estimating experience for a Senior Estimator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for transmission, distribution and substation projects.
• Lead estimation team and bidding activities.
• Solicit vendor pricing and prepare RFQ/RFP packages.
• Review estimates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure submissions meet deadlines and are well-documented.
