This rolling talent pipeline covers nationwide opportunities across MYR Group and subsidiaries, with responsibilities including cost estimation, bid development, and coordination with vendors. Ideal candidates bring strong electrical construction estimating experience (I/II/Senior levels) and a proven ability to lead bid processes, work under deadlines,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of estimating experience for an Estimator I
• 5+ years of estimating experience for an Estimator II
• 10+ years of electrical construction estimating for a Senior Estimator

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for transmission, distribution and substation projects
• Lead and manage bidding activities and the estimating team
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Perform material takeoffs and prepare RFQ/RFP packages
• Ensure submissions meet customer deadlines and company standards
