Job summary

Blue Origin in Washington state seeks a Principal Systems Integrator to drive system-level decisions across spacecraft, payload, software, and ground segments. You will own architecture compliance reviews, track changes, and maintain artifacts while coordinating cross-functional teams to convergence.

You will also perform forward-looking feasibility assessments for new concepts, collaborating with other principal integrators to form study teams and deliver concise executive-ready assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent technical field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive periodic architecture compliance reviews and closure.
• Maintain the system-level artifact suite and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional trade teams from VP organizations; ensure convergence.
• Bridge outputs from models to architectural decisions for reviews and trades.
• Support the CSA in executive design and risk reviews.
