Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field and experience in aerospace systems.
- 10+ years in design, development, and test of aerospace systems.
- Experience with flight software and system integration.
- Familiarity with spacecraft data protocols and CCSDS standards.
Responsibilities
- Define system-level software requirements and allocations for spacecraft.
- Coordinate software architecture strategy and implementation.
- Create guidelines for software development, verification, and integration.
- Oversee software management plans and ICDs.
- Lead software life cycle reviews and acceptance testing.
- Mentor junior engineers on flight software and conops.
- Coordinate with internal users to validate interfaces.
- Assist in developing verifiable software requirements.
