Job summary

Lyntris in Sterling, VA is seeking a Lead Systems Integration Engineer to drive the integration, testing, and automation of complex DoD software systems onsite.

The role requires strong experience in software integration, test engineering, automation, and DevSecOps, with a focus on scalable, secure delivery in classified environments. Candidates must possess TS/SCI level clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience leading system integration and test efforts across multiple subsystems or external systems.
• Proficiency in design and build of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own system integration testing across multiple subsystems and external systems.
• Define and maintain test threads, cases, and steps with traceability to requirements.
• Lead integration events with external stakeholders including dry runs and formal test events.
• Mentor engineers on integration engineering, test design, and automation practices.
