Job summary

Lyntris in Sterling, VA is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to drive secure CI/CD pipelines, integration testing, and automation for complex DoD software systems. This on-site role requires coordinating across programs and ensuring compliance within highly regulated environments.

The candidate will mentor teams, build reusable tooling, and lead integration efforts for the Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) Engagement Controller program, while leveraging containerization and cloud-native technologies.

Qualifications

BS in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience in integration, DevSecOps.
Advanced degree with 3+ years of experience is acceptable.
Demonstrated leadership in DevSecOps adoption within secure environments.
Experience building reusable tooling for multiple programs or teams.
Proficiency in Python and testing frameworks; Linux CLI.
Experience with cloud-native container orchestration and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead system integration and test across multiple subsystems and external systems.
Design, build, and maintain test tooling and automation for CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor engineers on integration engineering, test design, and automation practice.
Collaborate across programs to standardize interfaces, tests, and environments.
Ensure security and compliance controls are embedded in pipelines and deployments.
