Job summary

Lyntris is seeking a Lead Systems Integration & DevSecOps Engineer for a full-time onsite role in Sterling, VA. You will own system integration testing across multiple subsystems, design test tooling, and architect secure, scalable infrastructure for DoD software programs.

This role requires a TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, a STEM degree, and several years of leadership in integration and test engineering, with experience building reusable tooling and CI/CD pipelines across programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or related field plus relevant experience
• Experience leading system integration and test efforts across multiple subsystems
• Experience designing, building test automation frameworks and tooling
• Experience leading DevSecOps adoption in secure, regulated environments
• Ability to build reusable tooling and CI/CD pipelines across programs

Responsibilities

• Own SIT across subsystems and external systems
• Define and maintain test threads, cases, and traceability
• Lead integration events with stakeholders and site acceptance
• Triage defects and drive root cause analysis
• Design, build, and maintain test tooling and automation
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and standard test reporting
• Mentor engineers in integration engineering and automation
• Stay current with industry trends in software integration and secure delivery
