Job summary

Oak Leaf Solutions seeks an experienced, mission‑driven Systems Engineer to help shape, design, and deliver complex solutions that support national security. Based in Hanover, MD, this role leads high‑impact engineering efforts—translating user needs into robust architectures and guiding technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and DoDAF/SOA experience for IC programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with MD Polygraph is required.
• 14+ years of Systems Engineering experience in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; five years of additional SE experience may substitute.
• Three years of experience in Intelligence Community privacy compliance.
• Two years of NSA systems architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements.
• Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership for integration.
• Guide stakeholders, conduct feasibility studies, and propose alternatives.
• Develop and maintain system engineering documentation and plans.
• Collaborate with government and program teams to ensure technical integrity.
