Job summary

Oak Leaf Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to shape, design, and deliver national security solutions from Hanover, MD. The role requires leadership across requirements, design, and integration, with a focus on DoDAF, SOA, and government interfaces.

The ideal candidate will drive system engineering plans, interfaces, and test strategies, while maintaining technical integrity and collaborating with government customers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with MD poly required.
• 14+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related field.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• Two (2) years of NSA systems architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, CONOPS, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities; guide requirements formulations and feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop system architecture and system design documentation; prepare SE plans and test plans.
• Coordinate with government and program personnel; ensure technical integrity of SE deliverables.
