Themis Insight in Laurel, MD is seeking a Sr. System Engineer to deliveria a wide range of system engineering tasks.

The role involves requirements analysis, architecture design, and coordination across government and contractor teams to ensure technical integrity of work and deliverables. Ideal candidates have TS/SCI with Polygraph, extensive DoDAF/SOA experience, and strong leadership in systems integration, test planning, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Fourteen years of system engineering experience in large DoD programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering or related field.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation.
• Coordinate action items from reviews and manage cross-discipline activities.
• Develop and review system engineering plans, test plans, and interfaces.
