Job summary

Power3 is seeking a Sr. System Engineer to join our Laurel, MD team. You will analyze requirements, develop system architectures, and lead design and integration activities for complex defense-related systems.

Required TS/SCI with a Polygraph. You will coordinate with government stakeholders, produce engineering documentation, and guide teams through system development and verification in a dynamic mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for cross-team coordination.
• Hands-on Linux system administration experience is preferred.
• Willingness to support a small mission group and flexible to shifting needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation and prepare test plans.
• Coordinate with government and program personnel to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Produce Interface Control Documents and System Engineering Plans.
