You will lead architecture studies, verification strategy, and cross-project requirements flow-down, while mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 15+ years systems engineering across multiple domains.
• Subject matter authority in SE processes including requirements, architecture, design, integration, and V&V of complex systems.
• Exceptional communication skills influencing executive level engineering decisions and articulating technical differentiation to customers.
• Experience mentoring and developing L3 and L4 engineers in coaching and capability building.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and cross-program initiatives including technical direction and investment decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with enterprise engineering toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter authority providing real-time insight and progress of production activities.
• Lead architecture trade studies and verification strategy across hardware, software, and operations domains.
• Define and oversee requirements strategies, flow-down, and verifications across projects.
• Operate as a peer technical authority, resolve complex issues, and guide long-term technical direction.
• Maintain strategic relationships with executives, customers, and partner organizations.
