Job summary

ARES Corporation seeks an accomplished Systems Engineering T&V Facilitator to provide real-time insight into production activities for space hardware programs. The role leads requirements, verification strategies, and cross‑program integration while mentoring engineers and engaging with executives.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in systems engineering, MBSE familiarity, and strong communication skills to influence decisions and drive technical direction across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of systems engineering experience with authority across multiple domains
• Subject matter authority in requirements, architecture, design, integration, and V&V of complex systems
• Exceptional communication to influence executive engineering decisions
• Experience mentoring and developing L3/L4 engineers
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and cross-program initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise engineering toolsets

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time daily insight and progress of production activities for each vehicle
• Lead test, planning, development, review, and maintenance of requirements and verifications
• On-floor liaison communicating with stakeholders and supervising production integrators
• Identify issues in the V&V lifecycle and mitigate programmatic risks
• Lead architecture trade studies and verification strategies across hardware and software
• Define verification philosophies and ensure alignment with program objectives
• Build strategic relationships with executives, customers, and partners
• Maintain long-term technical direction and cross-team collaboration
