Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. in Mojave, CA is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to advance propulsion testing capabilities and verify system requirements for VTVL vehicles.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate with partners to resolve technical risks. This on‑site role requires hands‑on hardware experience and a track record of leading full life cycles from design to operations.

Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering or related technical field and 5+ years of space mission experience required.
Hands-on hardware experience must be demonstrated.
Experience in propulsion, avionics/electronics, software, embedded systems, and system engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, integration and testing for propulsion systems and VTVL vehicles.
Prepare and deliver technical documentation and reports.
Lead technical presentations and assist with proposals during development phases.
Communicate with partners to resolve technical risks and customer requirements.
