Job summary

AEVEX is seeking a Technical owner of an engineering product line in a hybrid Dayton, OH or Tampa, FL role with travel up to 25%. You will shepherd the product from prototype to production and fielded support, and drive system engineering processes aligned to program cost, schedule, and risk.

You will lead a multi‑disciplinary team, define system interfaces, verify requirements, and coordinate with quality, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver a complete technical solution on time and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• Master's Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the technical manager for the assigned product line and drives full life cycle from concept to retirement.
• Develop and tailor System Engineering processes based on program cost, schedule, and risk tolerance.
• Develop RVTM and support verification, analysis, and testing.
