Job summary

AEVEX Corp. seeks a technical owner for an engineering product line, guiding it from prototype to production and fielded support. The role covers full life cycle development, verification, and interface management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include establishing SE processes, managing CCB for air vehicle changes, and ensuring quality per AS9100. Travel up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS with hybrid work from Dayton or Tampa.

Qualifications

• BS in Aerospace, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering or equivalent
• MS in Engineering preferred
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as technical manager for the product line across its life cycle
• Develop and tailor System Engineering processes based on cost, schedule, risk
• Develop RVTM and support verification, analysis and testing
• Interface between Project Management, Platform, Design and Production
• Co-Chair the Air Vehicle Change Control Board and coordinate actions
• Lead a team of engineers/contractors to deliver on time within scope
• Drive NAC system integration and define interfaces
