Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Product Line Systems Engineer in Cedar Rapids to lead the Open Platforms Applications Software efforts. The role emphasizes systems engineering, MBSE, and cross-functional collaboration within an AGILE environment.

You will guide requirements, architecture, and integration across software products, while mentoring peers and ensuring compliance with DoD standards. Ideal candidates have a STEM degree with substantial system-level software experience, including

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in software integration and system-level testing.
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
• Agile systems engineering experience desirable (MBSE tools)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
