Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly skilled engineer in Cedar Rapids to perform analysis, architecture, and design across the total system product lifecycle, translating customer requirements into detailed hardware and software specifications. You will support verification planning and decompose complex system needs into subsystems, while evaluating technology investments for improved product quality.

A bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major required by start date.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies including Scrum Master and Product Owner roles.
Experience with integration, verification and validation phases of a product desirable.
