RTX is seeking a senior systems engineering leader to align strategy across leadership, engineering and shared services, translating complex missile and combat system requirements into actionable program direction. Qualifications

• Bachelors in STEM with 8+ years engineering experience.
• Leadership of large cross-functional teams across development to production.
• Experience with work plan development and program execution.
• Ability to influence customer stakeholders in production program projects.
• Experience with system design, verification, and test in complex architectures.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership, engineering and services to align strategy and execution.
• Coordinate cross-discipline efforts and external customer coordination.
• Translate missile, launcher and combat system requirements into actionable direction.
• Lead Cross Product Teams and Integrated Product Teams with partners across orgs.
• Foster positive team health and provide guidance to meet goals.
