Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Systems or Product Engineer to lead pursuit strategy for Flight Control Actuation Systems. As a Sr. Engineering Manager, you will build a robust pipeline for Assure offerings and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Honeywell Aero SBUs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product engineering or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the pursuit strategy for flight control actuation systems including estimate and proposal development.
• Engage with external customers and partners on aircraft industry developments, product needs, and technology trends to inform roadmaps.
• Oversee and execute trade and feasibility studies and product feature development work packages for Assure offerings.
• Mentor the workforce and drive process improvements within Motion Control Systems.
