Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT seeks an experienced engineer to manage system level drawings and document releases using NX and Teamcenter. You will collaborate with Core PD team, Design Integration engineers, Assembly Operation designers, and Module Center personnel to create and check product drawings and meet schedules.

Responsibilities include releasing engine-level assemblies, documenting fits and clearances, and supporting MBD initiatives with NX CAD animations and 3DCS tolerance

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information.

Responsibilities

• Create and check system level drawing product and manage schedules.
• Release engine level assemblies using NX and Teamcenter.
• Release tables of limits with fits, clearances, torques and life limits.
• Release assembly drawings and documents using PDM tools.
• Attend technical meetings and support SMEs on configurations.
• Support MBD initiatives: NX CAD animations, 3DCS tolerancing, cross sections.
