Job summary

RTX's Pratt & Whitney Puerto Rico Engineering Center is seeking a driven Technical Drafter to create and maintain parametric solid models and drawings for critical engine programs. The role involves producing 3D models per PD ESW standards, updating Teamcenter documentation, and supporting Engineering Changes to resolve QNS and escapes.

You will work under supervision with PD ESW, GD&T, and NX/Unigraphics tooling, collaborate with Design and PD teams, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associates degree in STEM or other 2 years post high school training.
• 2 years in drafting or technician role.
• U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required for access to information.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• NX 3D/CAD modeling.

Responsibilities

• Under general direct supervision, performs varied and easy to moderate drafting tasks.
• Create and update 3D models per part family PD ESW standards.
• Produce TeamCenter ECs documentation under supervision.
• Assist in design activities with 3D modeling and updates.
• Attend group meetings and training as required.
