Job summary

Thea Energy, Inc. is hiring a Configuration Manager to own the top‑level assembly configurations and enforce CAD and PDM standards using Siemens NX and Teamcenter.

You will lead interface tracking, change control, and governance across engineering teams to ensure project alignment and ISO 9001‑compliant processes. This role requires strong documentation skills, experience with ECO/ECR workflows, and hands‑on Teamcenter administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Five to seven years of professional experience in mechanical design and CAD, including ownership of complex assemblies.
• Hands-on experience administering Teamcenter or another commercial PLM platform (e.g., Windchill, Enovia).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering disciplines on shared deliverables, including interface management.
• Working familiarity with engineering change management (ECO/ECR) and release control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documenting configuration management and PDM administration practices.

Responsibilities

• Top-Level Assembly Configuration Ownership: own the designated top-level assembly from concept through production.
• Cross-Functional Interface Coordination: track interfaces and maintain a formal interface register.
• Teamcenter PDM Operations: administer Teamcenter environment and oversee licensing and feature rollout.
• Access Control & Workflow Governance: manage user access, templates, and auditing.
