Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting, LLC seeks a Lead System Integrator – Critical Infrastructure in Texas. You will lead startup, commissioning and closeout of complex BAS/EPMS projects, coordinating with engineers, contractors and clients to ensure successful delivery.

You will manage teams of system integrators, troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency. This role requires strong leadership and communication across remote and on-site settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
• Two years of hands-on installation, testing, validation and troubleshooting of controls infrastructure.
• Minimum five years of additional experience with installation, testing, validation and troubleshooting in PLC/SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, commissioning and closeout of BAS/EPMS/HVAC control systems.
• Oversee electrical sub-contractors and guide teams of up to six integrators.
• Coordinate with design engineers, vendors and clients to ensure system acceptance.
• Prepare shop drawings markups and maintain project documentation.
