Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus CPC/CCS certification or HSD with credentials.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a Healthcare-related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for daily SW PB coding operations.
• Collaborate with coding leaders, providers, and departments to ensure timely service.
• Drive quality and productivity using LEAN thinking and processes.
• Serve as liaison between medical staff, patients, and PB Coding.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coach staff to high performance.
• Manage performance and oversee training and progression of staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
