Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. is seeking a Survey Project Manager to oversee land surveying projects from our Freehold, NJ office. You will lead field crews, coordinate with clients and engineers, and ensure projects stay on budget and schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, PM experience, and extensive survey software proficiency. Competitive benefits and compensation are offered, with a salary range of $94,700–$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred in land surveying.
• 7+ years of land surveying experience including party chief level.
• PM experience preferred and ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct surveying projects and staff for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to meet scope.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules; monitor progress and costs.
• Review fieldwork, calculations, and deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Serve as primary client liaison for surveying and mapping services.
