The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, a solid understanding of right of way surveying practices, and proficiency in various surveying tools. Responsibilities include supervising survey crews, preparing boundary mapping, and conducting surveys. The role offers a competitive salary within the range of $130,000 - $140,000 and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience required.
• NJ and/or NY PLS favorable.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Survey Crews & Office Survey Technicians.
• Prepare Boundary, Right of Way, Acquisition mapping, exhibits, and easements.
• Conduct ALTA and Topographic Surveys.
