Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our team in Freehold, NJ. The role involves coordinating surveying teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for clients across projects.

You will work with engineering and planning staff, prepare proposals, and oversee field crews and CAD technicians to ensure projects stay on time and within budget. A strong background in land surveying and project oversight is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred or commensurate experience.
• Professional licensure preferred but not required.
• 7+ years of land surveying experience including party chief level responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surveying and mapping activities with field crews and CAD staff.
• Develop plans for multiple, complex land survey projects and monitor progress.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules; maintain client communication and project documentation.
