Job summary

Actalent is seeking a qualified land surveying professional for a permanent role based out of Princeton, NJ. The candidate will prepare Title/ALTA/Topographic/As-built surveys and surface modeling, review survey work, and perform construction stakeout while maintaining current regulatory knowledge and standards.

Qualifications

Land surveying expertise required.
Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
Proficiency in site plan and subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.
Familiarity with New Jersey State, County, and Local regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare Title Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and As-built Surveys.
Prepare Surface Modeling.
Review all Survey work.
Perform Construction Stakeout.
Maintain proficiency on regulations and standards.
