Job summary

Actalent is seeking a qualified land surveying professional for a permanent role based out of Princeton, NJ. The candidate will prepare Title/ALTA/Topographic/As-built surveys and surface modeling, review survey work, and perform construction stakeout while maintaining current regulatory knowledge and standards.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The position is fully onsite in Princeton, NJ with a pay range of $80,000–$95,000 per year, and a compensation package that

• Land surveying expertise required.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in site plan and subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.
• Familiarity with New Jersey State, County, and Local regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
