Job summary

Actalent in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a skilled land surveyor to perform Title/ALTA and Topographic surveys, plus construction stakeout. You will review survey work and produce surface models while maintaining regulatory proficiency. This is a fully onsite role in Bridgewater, with a focus on project accuracy and timely cost-effective delivery.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple survey tasks within regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Land surveying expertise required.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in site plan and subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.
• Familiarity with New Jersey State, County, and Local regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
